Each month we will feature an engaging speaker from our membership with a topic of real value to all our members.\n\n\n\nSpeaker: Aryn Schichtling\, Assistant HR Director\, Eagle County: 'Interviewing & Hiring for Your Culture.'\n\n\n\nHave you ever ended up in a new job and wondered "how did I ever get here?" Or have you ever hired an employee and wondered "how and why did I ever think they would be a good fit?" Most of us have been in one or both of these situations. Our speaker will be Aryn Schlichting\, Deputy HR Director at Eagle County and founder of Mountain Careers. Aryn knows that matching the person to the culture of the business or organization doing the hiring is critically important. It's not rocket-science or brain surgery\; it is very doable\, and the guidance Aryn will give may make all the difference in your future employment decisions\, whichever side you are on: employee or employer.\n\n\n\nThe Speaker Series starts with Breakfast Briefings on the first Tuesday of the month\, from 7:45- 9:15 am\; breakfast will be served.
