DESCRIPTION:The Eagle Chamber Board of Directors invites Members in good standing to participate in the Eagle Chamber's Annual Meeting and Election located at the Eagle Chamber Committee Headquarters\, located upstairs at the Eagle Information Center at 100 Fairgrounds Rd. in Eagle. \n\n\n\nThe organization's By-Laws require an annual meeting be held to formally elect a slate of directors and officers\, and to present a statement of the financial status of the Chamber as well as a plan for the Chamber's activities for the ensuing year. The following slate of current directors reflect the ending term dates:\n\n	Dan Brown\, Secretary (outgoing)\n	Including the above\, there are 4 Board of Directors positions available\, each carrying a two-year term\n\nThe agenda includes a report on Board composition (informational only)\, reporting of the annual business and financial status of the Chamber\, as well as the plan for the year ahead. This event is open to the public\; only Members in good standing may vote and each Member in good standing is entitled to one (1) vote. No Member voting items are currently scheduled. \n\n\n\nQuorum: 5 Members scheduled to be present. \n\n\n\nPlease register on this webpage in advance of the meeting to attend.
