DESCRIPTION:Where world class mountain adventures meets the gear that keeps our community safe\, marked and ready to explore - The Eagle Chamber's Apr s-Ski Mixer was the perfect way to kick off the ski season in true inner-mountain-town style!\n\n\n\nWe're thrilled to share that this spirited evening drew an impressive turnout of local business owners\, community members and mountain recreation lovers who came together for a night of connection\, celebration and apr s vibes. Guests enjoyed complimentary beverages generously provided by The Liquor Shop\, featuring a cozy lineup of hot toddies\, beer\, wine and a special chocolate Crown Royal whiskey that warmed up the evening. \n\n\n\nHosted by MBS\, America's headquarters for their specialized mountain safety products used by ski resorts and mountain recreation all over the world\, we were all able to get a sneak peek of how their inner-workings are manufactured right here in Eagle! Seagull's Cycles wowed the crowd with live demonstrations of his new\, innovative ski and snowboard tuning equipment - showing everyone how he'll be keeping the valley's gear mountain-ready this season. \n\n\n\nThe fun continued with a crowd favorite - Rebecca Ruck of Mobloggy took home the prize for Best Apr s Look\, earning the loudest applause of the evening. Several other guests were close contenders\, keeping the friendly competition engaged and lively. \n\n\n\nThe Eagle Chamber's Business Advocacy Committee booth saw strong participation\, with both Members and non-Members taking part in the Chamber's new business survey - charged with driving the Chamber's advocacy focus for 2026. Every participant was entered into a drawing to win prizes - winners will be announced in early December following the survey's close on November 21st. \n\n\n\nAdding to the excitement\, 13 lucky guests went home with raffle prizes\, including The Liquor Shop gift certificates\, full season ski/snowboard tune-up passes from Seagull's Cycles\, and Fresh Kamp's popular winter-themed charcu-to-go creations\, 2 sets of high quality neck gaiters and matching goggle covers. \n\n\n\nThe evening wouldn't have been complete without the live mountain-inspired tunes by Tea & Tequila and the warm hospitality of our hosts\, who went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. \n\n\n\nWe extend a huge thank you to MBS\, The Liquor Shop and Seagull's Cycles\, Tea & Tequila\, Eagle Chamber's Business Advocacy Members - Melissa Lally of The Balance and Flow\, Mick Daly of Juice Plus\, Asu Alonso of Eagle Valley Commercial\, as well as Ambassadors Louie Yeik of the Eagle Diner and Pauline Araujo Agoitia of Always Mountain Time. \n\n\n\nFrom the chili bar to the apr s cocktails\, from laughter to local connection\, this Apr s-Ski Mixer showcased what makes Eagle Chamber events so special - community\, collaboration\, and a shared love of our mountain lifestyle.
