DESCRIPTION:Eagle County Regional Airport's Tailwinds of Hardscrabble restaurant served up savory ratatouille\, juice duck kabobs\, crab cakes\, charcuterie cups and divine desserts! We can't thank EGE's Jodi Doney\, Dave Reid\, their staff and caterer for treating our Eagle and Gypsum Chamber Members to a first class dinner!\n\n\n\nDave presented EGE's The Good Traveler program which benefits local non-profit Walking Mountains Science Center. Dave also informed guests that EGE is updating its Airport Master Plan which will study the current and future airport facility needs required to meet aeronautical and community demands now and for the next 20 years. This effort will generate a recommended plan that will prepare the airport for continued service as an economic engine and the preferred aviation gateway for the region. Both the Eagle and Gypsum Chambers are hosting free training by Speak Up Reach Out that focuses on providing participants the skills and tools to appreciate the critical need for suicide prevention while creating a forum for dialogue and critical thinking about workplace mental health challenges\, and by promoting help-seeking and help-giving. Participate in the Town of Gypsum-sponsored Gypsum Chamber's event Wednesday\, May 24th training at the Gypsum Library from 5 to 7 pm or the Speak Up Reach Out- sponsored Eagle Chamber event Tuesday\, June 6th at Encore Electric and Mtech Mechanical's training facility in Eagle from 7:45 am to 9:00 am.
