Vail Health and The Steadman Clinic have been partnering for almost 20 years to offer FREE high school pre-participation physicals to high school student-athletes in Eagle County. At the physical\, a thorough cardiac\, orthopaedic and medical examination is done by specialists to minimize the risk of serious injuries that can be caused by underlying health issues.\n\n\n\nPHYSICAL DETAILS: \n\n\n	Pre-participation screenings provided by physicians and staff from Vail Health and The Steadman Clinic.\n	Athletes under age 18 must be accompanied by a guardian and physical forms must be signed and filled out by a guardian.\n	Please wear shorts and a t-shirt.\n\n\nWHAT TO BRING:\n\nPrint and fill out complete history form with guardian signature and athlete signature.\n\nPrint form and find out more at VailHealth.org/Physicals.\n\n\nIf you are unable to make it on May 19\, pre-participation physicals can also be scheduled with your child's physician or a primary care doctor.
