This practice is introducing a functional medicine membership model\, offering a personalized and research-based approach to primary care\, gynecology\, hormone therapy\, and weight loss.\n\n\n\nVHC's membership model sets them apart - delivering advanced\, research-based clinical care designed to build strong connections and trusted relationships between providers and patients. This new facility represents an exciting addition to our local healthcare landscape and reflects a growing commitment to innovative patient-centered care in our region. \n\n\n\nVibrant Health of Colorado is offering an opportunity to win a 6 month membership\, a value of $1\,200! This includes:\n\n	A consultation with one of their Eagle providers to discuss history\, health\, current symptoms\, etc. \n	Lab tests based on your specific situation will be ordered.
