The Eagle Chamber of Commerce and Vibrant Health of Colorado warmly invite the whole community to stop by, tour the beautiful new space in Eagle Ranch Village, meet the providers, and learn more about this exciting new model of healthcare. This practice is introducing a functional medicine membership model, offering a personalized and research-based approach to primary care, gynecology, hormone therapy, and weight loss.

Vibrant Health of Colorado's membership model sets them apart - delivering advanced, research-based clinical care designed to build strong connections and trusted relationships between providers and patients. This new facility represents an exciting addition to our local healthcare landscape and reflects a growing commitment to innovative patient-centered care in our region. 

Vibrant Health of Colorado is offering an opportunity to win a 6 month membership, a value of $1,200! This includes:

• A consultation with one of their Eagle providers to discuss history, health, current symptoms, etc. 
• Lab tests based on your specific situation will be ordered. Labs will be billed to insurance or they also offer cash pay prices which are much less expensive.
• You will continue to follow up with your provider until you are on a personalized plan to help move you in the direction of your health goals.
• At the end of the 6 month period, you'll have the opportunity to continue your membership at a discounted rate, or you will have your plan in place that you can transition to another provider.
